Robin Martsolf-Hubbard - Principal Broker

I am a real estate veteran, having sold real estate for over 30 years and closed over 700 transactions.  I owned & operated McMinnville’s successful L & M Realty for 11 years & spent the last 12 years with Bella Casa Real Estate Group. In November of 2019, I was blessed with the opportunity to join Windermere Pacific Crest Realty. However my dream and passion to return to my own company has now become a reality in the creation of Performance Real Estate Professionals.

“Chase”

All aspects of the real estate market are my forte.  Whether you are a first-time home buyer or looking to relocate your business I can handle your real estate needs.  As a detail-oriented person with sincerity to help you every step of the way.  Let me put my enthusiasm and dedication to work for you.

I was born in Fairbanks, Alaska and moved to McMinnville in 1976. My desire to work with diverse people and to engage with this vibrant community led me into real estate, with the added benefit of being in charge of my own schedule. My husband, Randy, and I have two sons, and I can be found showing my quarter horse Chase, in my free time.

Christopher Heinrich - Principal Broker

Real Estate has always been a part of my life due to my mom’s influence, Robin Martsoff-Hubbard. She instilled honesty, integrity and motivation in me from the beginning and I have strived to maintain those positive attributes. Having sold real estate for over 7 years, I took a 4 year hiatus to pursue other opportunities which allowed me to utilize my Business and Marketing Degree. I also gained excellent experience in property valuation while working on the banking and lending side of real estate. However, I missed the personal interaction with people and the satisfaction from helping someone find their next home so I came back to real estate and have been back over 3 years. I look forward to putting my knowledge and energy to work for you!

Being born and raised in McMinnville has provided me with a unique inside look into all the wonderful things that Yamhill County has to offer. The strong sense of connection to the community and the love for serving others made helping people achieve their real estate goals in my hometown and surrounding areas a natural fit. I understand that everybody has different needs in what they are looking for in a home and that real estate is not one size fits all. It is my desire to put trust, communication, and honesty above all. I am excited to be a part of helping you take that next step in real estate, no matter how big or small.!

Reasons to Work With a REALTOR®

REALTORS® aren’t just agents. They’re professional members of the National Association of REALTORS® and subscribe to its strict code of ethics. This is the REALTOR® difference:

  1. An expert guide.
Buying or Selling a home usually requires dozens of forms, reports, disclosures, and other technical documents. A knowledgeable expert will help you prepare the best deal, and avoid delays or costly mistakes. Also, there’s a lot of jargon involved, so you want to work with a professional who can speak the language.

  2. Objective information and opinions.
REALTORS® can provide local information on utilities, zoning, schools, and more. They also have objective information about each property. REALTORs® can use that data to help you determine if the property has what you need.

  3. Property marketing power.
Property doesn’t sell due to advertising alone. A large share of real estate sales comes as the result of a practitioner’s contacts with previous clients, friends, and family. When a property is marketed by a REALTOR®, you do not have to allow strangers into your home. Your REALTOR® will generally prescreen and accompany qualified prospects through your property.

  4. Negotiation knowledge.
There are many factors up for discussion in a deal. A REALTOR® will look at every angle from your perspective, including crafting a purchase agreement that allows you the flexibility you need to take that next step.

  5. Up-to-date experience.
Most people sell only a few homes in a lifetime, usually with quite a few years in between each sale. Even if you’ve done it before, laws and regulations change. REALTORS® handle hundreds of transactions over the course of their career.

  6. Your rock during emotional moments.
A home is so much more than four walls and a roof. And for most people, property represents the biggest purchase they’ll ever make. Having a concerned, but objective, third party helps you stay focused on the issues most important to you.

  7. Ethical treatment.
Every REALTOR® must adhere to a strict code of ethics, which is based on professionalism and protection of the public. As a REALTOR®’s client, you can expect honest and ethical treatment in all transaction-related matters.

  8. Expanded search power.
Sometimes properties are available but not actively advertised. A REALTOR® can help you find opportunities not listed on home search sites and can help you avoid out-of-date listings that might be showing up as available online but are no longer on the market.
